Important Information

• Parental consent for minors (international departure)

  If a passenger under 18 travels abroad with only one parent or with a guardian, a notarised consent letter from the non-travelling parent is mandatory. Without this document the border police will not permit the child to leave the country, and any resulting cancellation or cost is the passenger’s responsibility. If one parent has sole custody, the original court decision must be presented.

• Unaccompanied minors

  Passengers under 18 may not travel alone; they must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian authorised in writing.

• Passport validity

  For international travel, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. Departure is not permitted with an insufficiently valid passport.

• Visa responsibility

  The outcome of a visa application rests with the consulate of the destination country; our agency facilitates the application but cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted. If the visa is refused, the tour’s cancellation terms apply.
